Thank you for choosing Egypt Female Tour Guide. We are committed to providing safe, authentic, and personalized travel experiences throughout Egypt. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
By making a reservation and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking Your Tour
Booking your Egypt adventure is simple.
Contact us with your preferred travel dates, interests, and travel style. We will create a customized itinerary based on your preferences. Once you approve the itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your reservation.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Deposit & Payment Policy Standard Tours
A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
Peak Season Bookings
For travel during Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other peak holiday periods, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required.
Final Payment
The remaining balance may be paid before arrival or upon arrival in Egypt, as agreed during the booking process.

If you cancel your tour, the following charges will apply:
More than 60 days before arrival: 35% of total tour price 31–60 days before arrival: 55% of total tour price 15–30 days before arrival: 70% of total tour price 1–14 days before arrival: 100% of total tour price Christmas, New Year & Easter Departures More than 60 days before arrival: 25% of total tour price 31–60 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price 15–30 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price 1–14 days before arrival: 100% of total tour price
Please note that airline cancellation fees and banking charges may apply separately.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking whenever possible.
Applicable banking, transaction, and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds can be provided for:
No-shows Unused services Missed tours or transfers due to late arrival Flexible Travel Protection
Your peace of mind is important to us.
If official government travel restrictions or travel warnings significantly affect travel to Egypt, we offer flexible solutions including:
Free date changes Travel credits for future use Flexible rescheduling options Protection of your original tour value whenever possible
Each case will be reviewed individually to provide the best available solution.
Accommodation
Tour prices are based on two people sharing a room unless otherwise stated.
Single rooms and solo traveler accommodations are available for an additional supplement.
We carefully select hotels, Nile cruises, and accommodations based on quality, comfort, location, cleanliness, and guest reviews.
Flights Domestic Flights
Domestic flight schedules and fares are subject to airline availability and operational changes.
International Flights
International flights may be arranged upon request but are subject to airline rules and availability.
Children Policy Tour Packages, Hotels & Nile Cruises Under 2 years: Free of charge Age 2–5 years: 25% of adult price Age 6–11 years: 50% of adult price Age 12 years and above: Full adult price Day Tours & Excursions Under 6 years: Free of charge Age 6–11 years: 50% of adult price Age 12 years and above: Full adult price
Additional charges may apply for flights, ferries, or special services.

While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Photography & Media
During your tour, photographs may occasionally be taken and used on our website, blog, social media channels, or promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please inform us before or during your trip and we will fully respect your wishes.
Tipping
Tipping is not mandatory but is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for exceptional service provided by guides, drivers, cruise staff, and local service providers.
The amount is entirely at your discretion.
Complaints & Customer Care
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you experience any issues during your trip, please notify your guide or our team immediately so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Most concerns can be successfully addressed while you are still traveling.
Responsibility
Egypt Female Tour Guide acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including hotels, transportation companies, cruise operators, and airlines.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions Flight delays or cancellations Government actions Political events Natural disasters Site closures Supplier operational changes
Any additional expenses resulting from such circumstances are the responsibility of the traveler.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying a deposit or final payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
